So my last post shows my new glitter nail polish, which any lacquerista know is IMPOSSIBLE to get off. But I was looking for a way to get them off because it was getting old and chippy. I found an awesome method called the foil method. You basically take cotton balls soaked in polish remover, wrap them around your finger, take about 2 inch squares of foil and wrap that around finger on top of the cotton and wait five minutes. Trust me, stay true to these 5 minutes! Then push on your nail and rub your entire nail gently, make sure you get the edges! then take it off and viola you have a clean nail!
Here's a more detailed tutorial that includes pictures: http://www.spellbindingnails.com/2011/09/tutorial-how-to-remove-glitter-nail.html?showComment=1333166509581#c790284646467831753
